A young woman seated on a decorative chair, under the watch of her raven. I rarely do all black & white pieces, but this one was an experiment in how many patterns could live in the same painting. I like how it works.

This drawing was awarded a Certificate of Merit in the 149th Annual Black & White Exhibition at the Salmagundi Club, NYC.
